The Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence ruled Thursday that TUV, the German giant TÜV , certification of fraudulent breast prostheses PIP had "fulfilled its obligations" and had "not at fault" engaging its public liability.
"Not at fault." In its judgment Thursday, reversing the first instance verdict of the court of Toulon, the court considers that TUV and its French subsidiary have "respected their obligations as certification bodies" and "n had not committed any fault engaging their tort ".Read more
